Is VAT added to the prices shown?

No. The price shown is the price you pay; no VAT is added at checkout.

How does SMS billing work?

SMS is an optional add-on on any paid plan. Pay As You Go charges ~7p per message sent, billed monthly. The Starter Pack (£15/month) includes 300 messages, then 6p per extra. The Pro Pack (£39/month) includes 700 messages, then 5.5p per extra. Overage is charged at the end of each billing period — you'll never be surprised.

What counts as one SMS?

One SMS is up to 160 standard characters. Emoji and some special characters (such as curly quotes or long dashes) cut that to 70 characters. Longer messages are sent in parts, and each part counts as one SMS. When a message is personalised with member names, it is counted after the names are filled in, so check long templates before you send.

What if I go over my included SMS allowance?

Overage messages are charged at the per-message rate for your plan (6p for Starter, 5.5p for Pro) and billed at the end of your monthly period. You can monitor usage in real time from your dashboard.

Can I change SMS plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade your SMS add-on at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can also cancel the SMS add-on without affecting your main subscription.

How do I get the Kiosk check-in add-on?

The Kiosk is a paid add-on for any plan. Contact us and we'll get it switched on and help you set up your first device.

What happens after the free trial?

Your 15-day trial gives full access to all features. After the trial, you'll be charged for your selected plan. Cancel anytime during the trial with no charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) processed securely via Stripe.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS and each church's data is stored in a fully isolated database schema. Church Records never shares data between tenants.
